Hi, I'm Ashelea — founder of Rezoome.
After 15 years in sales leadership at companies like Mailchimp and ClassPass, I've read a lot of resumes, hired a lot of people, and watched the job search get more impersonal by the year. Somewhere along the way, resumes stopped sounding like people and started sounding like algorithms talking to algorithms.
I started Rezoome as a direct answer to that: a marketplace where every resume is written by a real, skilled human — never AI-generated. Because the person on the other end of that resume is real too, and they deserve to be represented as one.
We're launching this fall, and I'm building the founding team of writers now — people who care about craft, not just keywords. Join us!
